Low Root products are made in Armenia and shipped either directly from Armenia or through one of our regional fulfilment partners.

We ship to the countries and regions currently available at checkout.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and charges are shown before you complete your order.

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within the processing time shown at checkout.

Because we work in small production runs, occasionally an item may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll let you know.

Where available, orders are sent using tracked delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive shipping or tracking information by email.

Depending on your destination, taxes, duties or import charges may apply.

Where these charges are collected at checkout, this will be shown before you place your order.

Where charges are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for amounts charged by local customs or tax authorities.

We’ll make this as clear as we can before purchase.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we specifically state otherwise.

Customs clearance, local carriers, weather and other events outside our control can occasionally slow things down.
